Carpenter and Drywall Helpers Job Description We are hiring dependable, skilled workers for a fireproofing board installation project in Chantilly, VA. If you have experience in carpentry, drywall installation, or construction and are comfortable working at heights, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:

Cut, measure, and install fireproofing boards on steel structures. Operate a scissor lift to complete overhead and elevated installation work. Use a pin-weld fastening system to secure boards to steel surfaces. Follow jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work with the crew to complete installation projects efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:

General carpentry, drywall, or construction experience preferred. Welding experience is required, including familiarity with or willingness to learn a pin-weld fastening system. Scissor lift certification is a plus but not required. On-site training and certification may be available for qualified candidates. Must be comfortable working at heights and performing physical construction work. Reliable transportation, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic are essential. Must be able to follow safety instructions and work well with others.
