Lead Carpenter - Residential Remodeling (Northern Virginia) Easy Renovations | Full-Time | $36-$45/hr, based on experience Easy Renovations is a growing, family-run remodeling company in Northern Virginia. We do kitchens, bathrooms, finished basements, and a wide range of one-off projects. Demand is strong and we're adding an experienced Lead Carpenter who can run jobs independently and help lead our crew. This isn't just a carpentry role. We want someone who takes pride in their work, holds others to the same standard, and is ready to take real ownership of projects. What you'll do: You'll work alongside Eric to lead our field team, set the quality standard on every site, plan for materials, assist in scheduling, and mentor less-experienced team members. You'll handle high-level carpentry and finish work, including trim, cabinetry, doors, and built-ins, plus the final details and punch-list items that make a remodel look complete. You'll be a professional, reliable presence for homeowners while we're in their homes. What we're looking for: 7+ years of residential remodeling experience Strong carpentry and finish skills with a sharp eye for detail Comfortable handling the full range of finishing items, such as door hardware, light fixtures, bath accessories, caulking, and punch-list work, so every job is truly complete before handoff Working knowledge of the other trades in a remodel (tile, drywall, framing, etc.) Experience running jobs and leading a crew with minimal supervision Takes ownership. You don't walk past a mistake, yours or anyone else's. Organized, a good communicator, and professional with homeowners Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and your own hand and power tools Must be able to learn and use our project management software (we will trian) What we offer: $36-$45/hr based on experience We will provide larger tools Ideally a company vehicle - must have good driving record [
