Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our small construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, framing, and finishing a timberframe 2 1/2 story barn/carriage house. Your skills will contribute to building this high-quality project, joining the team as it completes the framing and enclosure of the building before snow files and continue finishing the inside throughout the winter. Duties Measure, cut, assemble, and install framing, trim, drywall, siding, roofing, and other wood or metal components, including windows and doors. Assisting as needed with finish work such as flooring, installing bathroom amenities and fixtures. Installation of kitchen cabinets, building out storage space and closets. Installing and finishing staircases. Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and project specifications Requirements Proven experience in construction or carpentry with a solid understanding of building techniques. Full job description Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various carpentry tasks and general labor duties. Applicants must have ability to work with limited direction and be able to do tasks unsupervised with skill and quality. No smoking preferred must be able to commute to the job sites on time and ready to work. Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including installation, fabrication, and repairs
• Assist with general labor tasks on construction sites
• Conduct caulking, painting and other carpentry-related activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Requirements
• Proven experience in carpentry and general labor
• Familiarity with a range of carpentry tools and equipment
• Knowledge of plumb lines and measurements
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
• Previous experience in all phases of the construction industry is a plus
