Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Lead Framer to join our team. As a Lead, you will be responsible for managing and executing various construction projects. Your expertise in carpentry and construction management will contribute to the successful completion of our projects.

Duties :

• Manage and oversee day to day construction activities and projects
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Build, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, and composite materials-Expert framing abilities required.
• Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials according to project requirements
• Build decks and stairs and install deck railings, build patio covers, outdoor spaces etc.
• Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA regulations on job sites
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards
• Manage and train crew members

Experience :

To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Carpenter
• Minimum of 3 years of experience building multi level decks and stairs and installing deck railing
• Strong ability to interpret and follow blueprints, sketches and building plans to construct and repair decks and outdoor structures
• Install decking, railings, stairs and other components according to design specifications
• Collaborate with clients, project managers and other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Excellent carpentry skills with the ability to work with various tools and equipment
• Familiarity with quality control procedures in the construction industry
• Must be able to provide own tools Requirements
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• US citizenship or green card
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
