Job Overview We are looking to grow our site crew. We are looking for a full time carpenter ideally with experience running their own project. This person must be easy to work with and capable of running a job to our specifications. We can provide tools as necessary, but would appreciate if you have your own. Responsibilities Direct and instruct apprentices in their tasks. Handle conversations with the client when appropriate. Create a safe work environment for other employees and yourself. Take our direction when needed, but be able to work on your own. Requirements Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, technical drawings, and interpreting construction plans. Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse project teams. Know the basics of how to use most general construction tools. $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
