This is a w9/1099 sub contractor role. We are looking for a reliable sub-contractor operating their own business that wants to add to their schedule without the hassle of finding new clients. You decide your own schedule, you supply your own tools, but you will be an added member to completing new construction projects. Experience in the following is a plus: framing, carpentry, drywall, siding, flooring, doors and windows, cabinetry, trim, decks, etc… Small family owned company specializing in wide range of construction related projects between Waupaca and Appleton. New construction, rentals, remodels, client portfolios, etc... Seeking an ambitious individual, with excellent problem solving skills to perform a wide variety of services which include, but are not limited to: framing, decking, fencing, drywall, painting, carpentry, woodworking, fixture assembly and installation, shelving/cabinetry installation, etc...

Requirements:

Responsible, punctual and demonstrate good judgement. Ability to work some early mornings, nights and weekends.

Our Normal hours:

730am - 430pm (but ultimately you control your own hours) Possess a reliable work vehicle, a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Having your own general tools is beneficial. Well-spoken and an effective communicator. Neat, professional appearance. Pass a criminal background check. Can lift up to 50 lbs.
