Summary:

We are searching for carpenters who live in the Western side of Wisconsin, primarily in the Hudson, New Richmond, Somerset and River Falls areas, as that is where much of our work is located. However there will be times you will need to work in the metro area in order to get your 40 hours in. Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trim Carpenter to join our dynamic team! This role offers the exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects with a focus on trim, framing, and finishing carpentry. If you thrive on precision, quality, and teamwork, this position is perfect for you! This job requires a minimum of 8-10 years experience trimming residential properties, including experience installing pocket doors, crown, coffered ceilings and skirt boards. Framing and finishing new construction is 20% of our business. The rest is high-end remodeling. We do about 700 high-end remodel jobs a year. • If weather and site allows we allow our crews to work four ten-hour days to get three day weekends.
• However, you WILL BE required to work on a Friday if you were not able to get 40 hours in during the regular Monday-Thursday week. Some out-of-town work WILL be required. Lodging and additional incentive pay are included on out of town work.
