Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Tradesman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building and renovation projects with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure that all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and project deadlines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse hardscaping, remodeling, and building construction projects, utilizing your technical skills and hands-on experience to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of projects. Perform a variety of building material installations including cabinetry, glass, drywall, tile, caulking, and trim carpentry. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on outdoor and indoor construction sites. Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and project standards. Manage the installation of windows, cabinetry, hardscape elements, and other building components with precision. Assist in construction estimating by assessing project requirements and material needs for efficient planning. Collaborate with project managers to interpret construction plans and coordinate tasks for timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures at all times. Support remodeling projects by performing carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other trades as needed. Operate heavy equipment when required for site preparation or material handling during hardscaping or building projects. Qualifications Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or related fields with a strong understanding of building processes. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy machinery safely. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints (including Bluebeam files), and construction plans accurately. Knowledge of construction management principles including scheduling and site coordination. Experience with construction estimating techniques to assess project scope and materials needed. Familiarity with safety protocols specific to construction sites including OSHA standards or equivalent regulations. Skills in window installation, cabinet fitting, drywall, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, glass installation, and electrical systems are highly desirable. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to address onsite challenges efficiently. Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
