Job Description

Solid Employees LLC is a well-established residential and small-commercial construction company serving builders across the US for over 50 years. We prioritize efficiency, safety, and quality in every project and are dedicated to building a team of experienced carpenters who share our values.
Summary:
We are searching for carpenters who live in the Western side of Wisconsin, primarily in the Hudson, New Richmond, Summerset and River Falls areas, as that is where much of our work is located. We are seeking skilled LEAD carpenters for framing and remodeling projects, offering competitive pay between $33 and $38 per hour. Enjoy a four-day work-week with Fridays off, providing excellent work-life balance. However, you may be required to work a Friday if you are not able to get your 40 hours in during the usual Monday-Thursday schedule. The position is based in your local area, contributing to our mission of quality construction and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Eight-ten years experience doing residential framing. Perform framing, remodeling and demo on residential and commercial projects. Read blueprints and schematics to execute project plans accurately. Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety protocols and building codes. Contribute to high standards of craftsmanship across all projects. Calculate and build stairs, lay out walls and roof trusses. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights. Must have a valid driver's license, pass a drug test and background check.
