Our projects include ground-up construction, tenant improvements, remodels, fuel stations, car washes, and specialty facilities . We pride ourselves on precision craftsmanship, reliability, and a team-oriented work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our construction team. This individual will work on a variety of commercial and residential projects, performing both rough and finish carpentry. Candidates must demonstrate excellent craftsmanship, leadership, and attention to detail. Responsibilities Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general construction tasks on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications. Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision and accuracy. Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and millwork as required. Assist with layout, leveling, and ensuring structural accuracy. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas at all times. Supervise laborers or apprentices when needed and assist other trades. Follow T&K Builders' Safety Program and OSHA standards on all job sites. Report directly to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager. Skills Minimum of 4 years of carpentry experience required. Proficiency in both rough and finish carpentry . Strong knowledge of tools, materials, and construction methods. Ability to read and follow blueprints and detailed instructions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork attitude. Willingness to travel to projects across Wisconsin and Illinois.

From $35.00 per hour
