Full-Time About the Role MEP Builders, LLC is seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Custom Millwork & Cabinetry:
Fabricate, assemble, and install high-end custom cabinetry, built-ins, and intricate decorative woodwork with precision.
Trim & Architectural Details:
Accurately measure, cut, and install premium trim packages—including crown molding, baseboards, custom doors, and wainscoting—ensuring tight joints and seamless finishes.
Quality Control:
Conduct rigorous self-inspections to ensure all finished work exceeds client expectations and meets MEP Builders' premium standards.
Jobsite Care & Safety:
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workspace while performing minor on-site repairs or refinishing as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Maintain a flexible, team-first attitude, occasionally assisting with related site tasks (e.g., setting windows, installing hardware, or light touch-ups) to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
5+ years of dedicated finish carpentry experience, preferably in high-end residential renovations.
Technical Mastery:
Strong command of finish carpentry techniques, joinery, standard framing, and wood finishes.
Tool Proficiency:
Fully proficient in operating specialized hand and power tools (miter saws, routers, chisels, laser levels, etc.).
Problem-Solving:
Proven ability to adapt and solve custom architectural or site challenges creatively and efficiently.
Professionalism & Reliability:
