Engage in heavy lifting tasks and assist with site cleanup to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on carpentry in residential and commercial settings. Skilled in blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and understanding construction plans. Proficient with hand and power tools. Familiarity with safety procedures related to power tools and construction site protocols. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when required.
