Airehart Construction is looking for an experienced Framing and Concrete Journeyman to join our team in Chico, CA. We specialize in custom homes and take on a wide range of unique and challenging projects that give our crews the opportunity to work on more than the typical day-to-day construction. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has solid experience in both framing and concrete, and would be a good fit with our team.

Essential Job Duties:

Concrete Foundations, Slab and Stem Wall Construction Concrete Flatwork Construction Perform a variety of Rough and Finish Carpentry work on large custom homes Direct and delegate tasks to skilled laborers

Interpret Architectural and Structural Plans Essential Job Requirements:

Must have experience in concrete construction Must have experience in residential framing/carpentry Must have personal hand tools Valid Drivers License. Must have reliable transportation Strong problem-solving skills Punctual, self-starter, capable of working with a team or working alone on individual tasks Ability to follow directions and perform quality work Well-developed organization and communication skills Dependable and the ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Benefits available after probationary period: 401(k) Health insurance Profit sharing Compensation based on experience.
