Cass Arrieta has Structural Concrete positions available for experienced, dependable, and dedicated team members. Experience in underground utilities preferred. Willing to train if you have some experience in Underground Construction. Must be able to pass drug screen prior to hire. Job locations will be located throughout San Diego county. Job Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden forms for concrete boxes, ensuring accurate measurements and alignment according to blueprints or project plans. Set up forms to hold wet concrete, ensuring they are level, secure, and properly sealed to prevent leaks. Place rebar or other reinforcement materials inside forms to strengthen the concrete structure. Assist with pouring concrete into forms and ensure proper distribution, sometimes using tools like vibrators to eliminate air pockets. Dismantle forms after concrete has cured, ensuring the structure is intact and meets quality standards.
