Job Description
Bedrock Concrete Construction, Inc. is looking for an experienced and dependable Concrete Foreman to join our team. This position is for someone with hands-on concrete construction experience who can confidently lead a crew and manage projects from start to finish. Previous concrete foreman or lead experience is required. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of concrete construction and be able to read and understand construction plans and project specifications, as well as know how to perform labor work. Responsibilities Supervise and lead concrete crews on residential and commercial projects Coordinate daily work activities and keep projects on schedule Read and understand construction plans, drawings, and specifications Oversee forming, rebar installation, grading, concrete placement, and finishing Ensure proper layout, grades, elevations, and dimensions Communicate with customers, contractors, inspectors, and management Operate and oversee construction equipment and tools Maintain a clean and safe jobsite Train and provide direction to crew members Identify and communicate jobsite issues to management Ensure work is completed according to company standards and project specifications Follow all applicable safety requirements and procedures Qualifications & Requirements Previous concrete foreman or lead concrete experience is required Strong knowledge of concrete construction and finishing Must be able to read and understand construction plans Hands-on labor experience required Ability to lead and manage a concrete crew Knowledge of forming, rebar, grading, concrete placement, and finishing Must be able to communicate effectively in English; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends when needed Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently What We Offer $35-$45 per hour , depending on experience Full-time employment Consistent work Opportunities for overtime Opportunity to grow with an established concrete construction company Supportive team environment
