Construction Laborer - Concrete Repair & Marine Work We are seeking dependable construction laborers for multiple projects in Florida. This is a full-time, hands-on position involving concrete repair and shoreline construction.

Job Duties:

Perform basic concrete repairs on platforms and other structures Assist with forming, mixing, placing, and finishing concrete Operate common hand and power tools Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe work area Work near or over water when required

Preferred Qualifications:

General construction, concrete, carpentry, or formwork experience Familiarity with common construction tools Comfortable working outdoors, near water, and in Florida weather Dependable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a crew Willingness to perform physically demanding work Must be able to pass background as some job location is a requires clearance. Concrete experience is preferred but not required for dependable candidates who are willing to learn.

Full-time hours Hourly pay based on experience Potential for long-term employment on projects throughout Florida Housing may be available for qualified out-of-area candidates Employment is subject to a background check and drug screening
