Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and safety-conscious Concrete Truck - CDL Driver to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will operate specialized concrete delivery vehicles equipped with volumetric mixing technology, ensuring the precise delivery of concrete and related materials to various construction sites. Your expertise will help maintain project momentum, uphold safety standards, and deliver high-quality results on civil infrastructure projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of large-scale construction operations, combining technical skill with hands-on driving experience. We need drivers for the Fairburn and Lagrange, GA locations. Responsibilities Safely operate commercial trucks with volumetric mixers to deliver concrete, asphalt, and other paving materials to construction sites Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of construction machinery, including concrete mixers, paving equipment, loaders, and screeds Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety protocols during vehicle operation and material handling Assist with concrete pumping, rebar installation, concrete forming, and other site preparation activities as needed Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, equipment maintenance records, and safety inspections in compliance with company policies Support heavy equipment operation such as loaders when loading the truck Clean chute on truck after use Skills Proven experience in commercial truck driving with a valid CDL license and knowledge of DOT regulations Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting of construction machinery Familiarity with construction site operations including paving, concrete pouring, rebar installation, and asphalt paving processes Ability to operate paving equipment such as screeds and asphalt pavers confidently and safely Basic math skills for measuring materials and calculating load capacities accurately Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocol adherence on construction sites Experience working on civil infrastructure projects involving heavy equipment operation and concrete work Knowledge of concrete pumping techniques, concrete forming methods, and working with bituminous materials Join our team to be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills directly contribute to building essential infrastructure. Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
