Multiple positions are available, including Foreman, Concrete Finishers, and Laborers. The ideal candidates have hands-on experience in concrete or construction, take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, work well independently and with a crew, and can deliver exceptional results on residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities Previous concrete and/or construction experience preferred Experience with concrete work, construction, excavation, hardscapes, or related trades is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours Qualifications Previous concrete and/or construction experience preferred Experience with concrete work, construction, excavation, hardscapes, or related trades is a plus Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a crew Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work early mornings and occasional extended hours Bonus Qualifications Class A CDL Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, or compact equipment Pool finishing experience Retaining walls, hardscapes, or landscaping experience Leadership experience for Foreman position What We Offer $25-40/hr based on experience Home every night 40-50 hours per week Retirement plan with company contribution match Health insurance Steady work Work on residential and commercial projects Year-round work opportunities Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start Occasional weekends depending on workload
