We work with the very best in materials and provide detailed training and certification to ensure amazing results that you can be proud of. We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Crew Leader to manage on-site installations, supervise team members, and deliver exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction on every project. What You'll Do Lead your own 2-3 person crew in preparing, installing, and finishing residential and commercial concrete coating projects Ensure every job is completed to our high standards and on schedule Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company professionally on job sites Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and direction to installation assistants Maintain accurate job site records and report issues to management as needed Uphold safety standards and ensure proper use of tools and materials You're a

Great Fit If You:
