Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Epoxy Flooring & Concrete Polishing Foreman to lead and oversee high-quality flooring projects within commercial construction settings. In this role, you will manage teams of skilled workers, coordinate project schedules, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional results on time and within budget. Your expertise in epoxy flooring installation, concrete polishing, and construction management will drive project success from start to finish. Duties Supervise and manage crews engaged in epoxy flooring installation and concrete polishing, ensuring work is performed efficiently, safely, and to specifications Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or Procore to meet deadlines and optimize workflow Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of flooring designs and specifications Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality control, safety compliance (OSHA standards), and adherence to construction regulations Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment necessary for each project phase while maintaining budget controls Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy; interpret technical data including Ohmmeters for electrical testing where applicable Lead team meetings to communicate project goals, safety protocols, and progress updates; manage crew performance and provide mentorship when needed Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on epoxy flooring and concrete polishing projects. Strong understanding of construction regulations including OSHA safety standards and federal safety regulations. Skilled in managing teams within a construction management role with excellent managerial communication skills Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, project scheduling, quality control procedures, and contract review processes Familiarity with electrical testing tools like Ohmmeters for troubleshooting or quality assurance purposes Proven track record supervising commercial construction projects with a focus on safety management and schedule coordination Join our team as a Foreman dedicated to delivering top-tier epoxy flooring and concrete polishing solutions!
