We're looking for dependable, hard-working people to join our crews performing: Attic insulation and air-sealing work Spray foam preparation and cleanup Concrete lifting and repair Equipment and jobsite setup Construction experience is helpful, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Attic work requires working in tight, hot spaces. Concrete lifting requires outdoor physical labor and operating equipment.

A good candidate:

Shows up reliably and on time Works safely and takes pride in quality Can handle physically demanding work Has a valid driver's license Wants to learn and grow with the company Full-time or part-time work based out of the Monticello area. Pay depends on experience and ability.

Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate of $17-$25 per hour, based on experience. Opportunities for growth and leadership within the company. Full-time or part-time position with weekday work and occasional travel.
