This position involves transporting equipment and materials to job sites while performing all phases of concrete flatwork. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works well with others, and is committed to safety. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL trucks to transport equipment, materials, and tools to and from job sites Prepare job sites for concrete placement Place, screed, float, edge, and finish concrete Set forms and assist with layout as needed Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load and unload equipment and materials Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work outdoors in various weather conditions Follow all company safety policies and DOT regulations Qualifications Valid CDL (Class A or B preferred) Previous concrete finishing experience required Ability finish concrete to specifications Experience operating construction equipment is a plus Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday If you're an experienced concrete finisher with a CDL who takes pride in quality work and want to join a dependable team, we'd love to hear from you.
