Position Summary We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking Bilingual Precast Concrete Laborers to join a growing precast concrete manufacturing team in Denver, NC . This is a hands-on, physically demanding position responsible for assisting with the production of precast concrete products. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in concrete, construction, manufacturing, general labor, rebar, masonry, or other heavy industrial environments . Candidates must be comfortable working around concrete, heavy materials, tools, machinery, and production equipment. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Assist with the production of precast concrete products. Prepare, clean, assemble, and oil concrete forms and molds. Assist with setting and securing rebar, wire mesh, and reinforcement materials. Measure and position materials according to production requirements. Pour, spread, level, and finish concrete. Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Assist with vibrating concrete to remove air pockets and ensure proper consolidation. Strip and remove finished concrete products from molds after curing. Clean excess concrete from forms, tools, equipment, and work areas. Inspect finished products for visible defects, cracks, or other quality concerns. Move and stage materials throughout the production area. Assist equipment operators and other production employees as needed. Follow production instructions from supervisors and team leads. Help communicate work instructions between English- and Spanish-speaking team members when needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times. Perform additional general labor and production duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Previous concrete, precast, construction, manufacturing, masonry, rebar, or heavy general labor experience is preferred. Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials. Comfortable bending, kneeling, standing, and working on your feet for extended periods. Comfortable working around wet concrete, dust, noise, machinery, and heavy materials. Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team. Must be dependable and have reliable transportation to Denver, NC . Must follow all workplace and safety requirements.
