Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:

- Supervise and lead specialized concrete crews to ensure the highest quality of project delivery.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and delegate crew assignments to maintain strict project timelines.
- Interpret complex blueprints and construction plans to guide precise forming and pouring procedures.
- Enforce rigorous company safety standards and OSHA compliance to protect every team member on-site.
- Execute daily field reports and documentation to provide full transparency to project stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior crew members to elevate the team's technical proficiency and workmanship.
- Resolve real-time logistical and technical obstacles to prevent delays in the construction schedule. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience specifically within concrete construction.
- Proven ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings and specifications.
- Deep technical understanding of concrete forming, finishing, and curing techniques.
- Strong communication skills and the organizational ability to manage field documentation.
- Absolute willingness to travel to various project assignments as required by the business. Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, civil, or federal sitework projects.
- Prior experience conducting formal safety meetings and toolbox talks.
