• Can 2 Construction is seeking a results-driven Concrete Project Manager / Sales Representative.
• Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion while driving new business opportunities.
• Ideal for someone experienced in both operations and sales. Key Responsibilities - Project Management
• Manage multiple commercial concrete projects from start to finish
• Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Review plans, specs, and contracts
• Conduct site visits and maintain field communication
• Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation Key Responsibilities - Sales & Business Development
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities
• Build relationships with GCs, developers, and owners
• Prepare bids, proposals, and estimates
• Follow up on leads and convert them into awarded contracts
• Attend networking events and industry meetings Qualifications
• 1+ years in commercial concrete construction is ideal but willing to train the right candidate.
• Experience in project management and/or construction sales
• Strong understanding of concrete scopes, estimating, and scheduling is a plus be will be willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
