Full‑Time Weekly Pay Overtime Available GenX Concrete Pumping is hiring dependable Concrete Pump Operators to join our team. This position requires a Class B CDL , a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly. We operate a professional, safety‑focused environment and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and represents the company well on every job site. Training Program We provide a 90‑day paid, on‑the‑job training program for new operators.

Training pay:

$175/day (higher for experienced candidates) Hands‑on instruction with experienced operators Pay increases after training is completed Performance bonuses Requirements Class B CDL (required) and 2 to 5 years of commercial driving experience. Ability to learn quickly and follow safety procedures and company policies Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and be comfortable working outdoors in all conditions Reliable, punctual, with the ability to work early mornings Represent GenX Concrete Pumping in a professional manner Preferred Experience (Not required — we will train the right person.)
