- Must know all aspects of concrete, from forming to pouring and finishing concrete using hand tools, tying rebar, etc....
- Must know all aspects of flatwork!
MUST BE EXPERIENCED
in Residential flatwork!- Must be Finisher!...We don't have time to train you.
- Strong knowledge of concrete processes, concrete techniques, and materials.
- Excellent organization and time management. Excellent communicationskills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bobcat experience is a plus.
- Having your own tools are a plus but not necessary.
- Tying rebar is a must!
- Able to lift heavy objects.
- Must have current Drivers license.
- Must be legal to work in the United States and speak fluent English.
- You must have your own transportation to work.
- Must pass Drug test
