Overview The Backyard Life builds outdoor spaces people actually want to live in: patio covers, awnings, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, and landscape. We're growing our concrete team and looking for an experienced finisher who takes pride in clean, lasting work and leaves every yard better than they found it. What you'll do You'll work as part of a concrete crew on residential properties across Southern Utah. Depending on the project, that could be a simple broom-finish patio or a full stamped and colored layout.

Typical work includes:

Pouring, placing, and finishing patios, walkways, pads, and other flatwork Stamping, coloring, and applying decorative finishes Setting and stripping forms, and prepping and compacting base Placing rebar and mesh Operating and caring for finishing tools and equipment Keeping job sites clean and treating customers' property with respect What we're looking for 1 to 2+ years of concrete finishing experience Stamped or decorative concrete experience is a big plus Reliable, on time, and willing to put in a full day's work outdoors in the Southern Utah heat Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle physically demanding work Takes direction well and works well on a team Valid driver's license preferred This is a full-time, year-round position with hourly pay based on experience.
