Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Residential Concrete to lead and oversee all facets of residential concrete construction projects. This pivotal role involves managing project teams, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality concrete solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, extensive site experience, and proficiency with industry-leading software tools. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and completion of residential concrete projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and maintain high safety standards on-site Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to coordinate all phases of construction Oversee blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract negotiations to ensure precise execution of project specifications Utilize construction estimating tools like Bluebeam. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations Collaborate with project managers on contract administration, change order management, and risk mitigation strategies Requirements Extensive experience in residential concrete construction with proven leadership in managing large-scale projects Strong knowledge of construction estimating using Bluebeam or similar software. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and understanding of civil engineering drawings Extensive hands-on experience with residential concrete, specializing in aluminum forms for basement walls and flatwork. Skilled in project coordination, time management, and effective communication across multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards Technical expertise in using Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, Schematics software; experience with construction site management tools is highly desirable Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines Join our team as the Director of Residential Concrete to shape innovative solutions that transform communities!
