$50,000 Equity Package Upon Permanent Hire Aerotek is seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead crews on a large-scale data center construction project in Southaven, Mississippi. This is an opportunity to join a high-profile project offering competitive pay, consistent overtime, daily per diem, and long-term career growth. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical crews on-site Coordinate daily manpower and production schedules Oversee installation of conduit, cable tray, duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Support commissioning and energization activities Ensure compliance with all safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures Maintain high-quality workmanship and project timelines Qualifications Previous Electrical Foreman experience required 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience Strong knowledge of 415V and 480V electrical systems Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents Medium-voltage experience is a plus State Journeyman Electrician License preferred Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply Why Join This Project? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
