DP Electric is hiring an experienced Electrical General Foreman to oversee field operations across multiple projects in the Tempe and Phoenix area. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep crews productive, projects on schedule, and job sites operating safely. You'll lead Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and field crews while working closely with Project Managers and Superintendents. What You'll Be Doing Lead and support Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and electrical field crews Oversee daily field operations across multiple electrical construction projects Keep projects on schedule while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity Plan labor, materials, tools, and equipment Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, contractors, and site teams Read and interpret electrical drawings and project plans Resolve field issues and keep work moving efficiently Why Join DP Electric?
