We invest in our brand, our team, our trucks, and our training, and we're looking for an experienced Residential Lead Electrical Installer to help us grow. Based in Atwater, you'll serve homes along Hwy 99 from Modesto to Fresno. What You'll Do

• Lead a 2-person crew, guiding and developing a helper/apprentice on every job
• Complete repeatable residential work: panel upgrades and service changes, whole-home rewires, and redevices (outlets and switches)
• Install EV chargers and dedicated circuits
• Work in occupied homes, keeping job sites clean, safe, and respectful
• Do the work to code and pass inspections the first time
• Work with our Production Concierge (who handles permits, POs, and customer scheduling) and our GM to keep jobs on track
• Talk homeowners through the work clearly and professionally

Who We're Looking For Must-haves:

• Experience leading residential electrical jobs, including panel upgrades/service changes and rewires
• Solid working knowledge of the NEC and local inspection requirements
• Strong people skills: comfortable with homeowners and able to lead a helper
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in clean, quality work
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Nice-to-haves:

• Residential remodel/service experience preferred (commercial or new-construction-only backgrounds are not the best fit)
• California electrician certification
• EV charger installation experience
