Roofing Foreman Pay:

$35-$45/hour

Full-Time We are a General B Contractor with specialty licenses in both roofing and solar, seeking an experienced, hands-on Roofing Foreman to lead crews and oversee residential roofing projects from tear-off through completion. What You'll Do Lead and work alongside roofing crews. Manage daily production, scheduling, and crew assignments. Oversee tear-offs, installations, repairs, and re-roofs. Inspect work and ensure quality standards are met. Enforce job-site safety and OSHA requirements. Coordinate materials, equipment, and deliveries. Track labor, materials, and job progress. Communicate with project managers and homeowners. Train and develop crew members. What We're Looking For 5+ years of roofing experience preferred. Foreman, lead roofer, or crew leadership experience. Strong knowledge of tear-offs, re-roofs, installations, and repairs. Ability to lead crews and maintain productivity and quality. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation:

$35-$45/hour based on experience.
