Job Overview We're hiring an experienced Field Supervisor to lead in-home fiber installation crews across Southern California. If you know how to run a crew, keep install techs on schedule, and hold quality to top standards, we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Supervise and manage in-home FTTH installation techs, ensuring every install is completed safely, efficiently, and to spec Coordinate daily/weekly install schedules across multiple techs to hit completion targets and same-day service windows Review work orders and job details to direct daily install assignments Conduct quality checks on completed installs

• ONT setup, router/extender configuration, wiring, and signal testing
• to ensure a clean, reliable connection for every customer Enforce safety standards on every job, including ladder/attic/crawlspace safety and proper use of tools and PPE Coach techs on customer interaction
• professionalism, clear communication, and a positive in-home experience Track tech productivity, install completion rates, and job quality metrics Manage completed work orders and documentation for accurate billing and recordkeeping Train and mentor new and existing techs on install best practices, troubleshooting, and equipment setup Handle escalations and address customer or job-site issues promptly What You Bring Proven experience supervising in-home installation or FTTH techs Strong knowledge of ONT, router, and extender installation/configuration and in-home wiring Solid understanding of safety and customer-service standards for in-home work Ability to read and interpret work orders and job assignments Strong leadership and communication skills•able to manage multiple techs and represent the company professionally with customers Valid driver's license and clean background check required Why Join Us Lead a growing in-home installation team on a major fiber build in Southern California Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow into larger regional leadership roles Supportive team environment with room to build and develop your own crew
