•Multifamily New Construction We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman to manage installation crews across multiple jobsites in the Los Angeles area. Strong hands-on HVAC installation experience is our most important requirement, especially in multifamily apartment buildings and new construction.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret mechanical plans accurately. Perform field layout, measurements, and coordinate HVAC installations. Supervise installation crews and maintain quality workmanship. Attend project meetings and coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and other trades. Order materials, track deliveries, and manage jobsite inventory. Visit multiple projects and manage schedules, progress, and field issues. Identify installation problems and provide practical solutions. Prepare installations for inspections and follow through on corrections.

Requirements:

Proven HVAC installation experience in multifamily new construction. Experience leading crews and independently managing jobsites. Strong HVAC service, troubleshooting, and startup skills. Garage ventilation experience, including field measurements, duct layout, and installation coordination. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay:

$38.00

•$48.00 per hour
