We're looking for a handson leader who can coordinate daily operations, support field teams, and deliver exceptional results on every project. Responsibilities Lead and supervise HVAC installation crews Maintain productivity, quality standards, and safe work practices Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings Coordinate daily work activities, materials, and manpower Troubleshoot issues and make effective field decisions Communicate clearly with project managers, contractors, and team members Qualifications 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience with proven leadership abilities Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation methods, codes, and best practices Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
