We are a construction company specializing in the installation of wet and dry utilities, (sewer, water, storm drain, & conduit). We are Currently seeking Foremen who can also operate Backhoes, Excavators and Loaders, and is familiar with Cat controls. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in underground construction . Foremen are responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the project, oversees a crew of up to 10 workers, is able to communicate with inspectors, subcontractors and developer representatives. Must be able to read and follow plans and specifications. As an Operator you may be responsible for duties such as greasing the machine, checking fluids, recording machine hours and reporting maintenance issues.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work in cold/hot temperatures and wet environment. Continuous use of both hands; including grasping, lifting up to 75lbs, pulling and pushing, sight, hearing, lifting, standing, climbing, stairways, walking on even and uneven surfaces, bending, twisting, reaching forward, reaching overhead, reaching below shoulder, wrist turning, neck turning.
