Responsibilities Perform demolition, framing, drywall installation, trim carpentry, and finish carpentry with precision and attention to detail Install windows, doors, stucco, caulking, and building materials according to project requirements Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and efficiently on outdoor and indoor sites Conduct plumbing and electrical work as needed, adhering to safety protocols and building codes Manage construction estimating tasks for project materials and labor costs to ensure budget adherence Inspect work sites regularly for quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to construction plans Skills Extensive experience with building construction, remodeling, and renovation projects in residential settings Strong knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocol adherence Skilled in construction inspection, interpreting technical drawings, and managing construction plans Expertise in installing windows, trim carpentry, plastering, stucco, caulking, hardscape features, and building material installation Hands-on experience with plumbing systems and electrical wiring within residential structures Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in outdoor work environments Familiarity with outdoor work conditions typical of construction projects Excellent use of hand tools and power tools for precise craftsmanship Experience with outdoor hardscape installation including patios or walkways is a plus Join us if you're passionate about transforming homes through expert craftsmanship!
