In this energetic role, you will oversee and coordinate hardscaping construction projects, manage crews, and ensure the successful completion of landscape installations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all phases of hardscaping construction projects, including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures Lead and manage landscaping crews, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment safely and effectively to support project execution Oversee irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering solutions for landscapes Identify plants, trees, and groundcover to ensure appropriate selection and placement for each project Maintain safety protocols on job sites, ensuring crew compliance with safety standards and company policies Manage company vehicle operation for transportation of materials and equipment to various job sites Skills Extensive outdoor work experience with a focus on landscape construction and grounds maintenance Proven supervising experience with strong team management skills Knowledge of hardscaping construction projects including hardscape features such as patios, walls, and pathways Ability to identify various plants, trees, and horticultural elements confidently Skilled in irrigation management and troubleshooting irrigation systems Experience operating groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape tools Leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate tasks effectively Join us in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful landscapes!
