High Performance Plumbing Employment Type:
Full-Time Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled licensed plumber to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an honest, hardworking craftsman with a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality. This position primarily focuses on new construction and tenant improvements (TI), but may also involve additional tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
New Construction & Tenant Improvements:
Work on plumbing systems for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring adherence to local codes and regulations.
Plumbing Systems Familiarity:
Demonstrate proficiency with various plumbing systems and materials, including PVC, copper, PEX, and cast iron.
Blueprint Reading:
Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand project specifications and plumbing layouts.
Material Ordering:
Responsible for ordering plumbing materials, tools, and equipment necessary for projects, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Crew Management:
Lead and manage a small crew of plumbers and apprentices, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site.
Problem-Solving:
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues as they arise, providing effective solutions to maintain project timelines.
Compliance:
Ensure all work meets industry standards and local plumbing codes, conducting inspections when necessary.
Qualifications:
Licensure:
Valid plumber's license from The State of Colorado.
Experience:
Minimum 6 of experience in plumbing, preferably with a focus on new construction and tenant improvements.
Skills:
Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of plumbing materials and systems. Leadership abilities to manage a small team.
Work Ethic:
Must possess a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity and quality craftsmanship.
