Journeyman Lineman / Overhead Foreman Colorado Powerline | Kremmling, Colorado Colorado Powerline is looking for experienced, safety-focused Journeyman Linemen and Overhead Foremen to join our team in Kremmling, Colorado. Overhead powerline construction, maintenance, and related electrical utility work Journeyman Lineman Responsibilities Perform overhead electrical line construction, maintenance, and repair. Safely install, maintain, and troubleshoot powerline equipment and components. Work with crew members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Follow all safety procedures, job briefings, and utility work practices. Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, PPE, and personal protective grounding. Overhead Foreman Responsibilities Lead and coordinate overhead line crews in the field. Plan daily work activities and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. Conduct job briefings, identify hazards, and enforce company and industry safety standards. Communicate effectively with crew members, supervisors, and project personnel. Maintain quality workmanship, productivity, and accountability on every job. Set a strong example through leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to safety. Qualifications Journeyman Lineman applicants must have the experience and qualifications required for the position. Overhead Foreman applicants must have proven leadership experience in overhead line work. Strong understanding of electrical hazards, grounding procedures, and safe work practices. Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in varying weather conditions. Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.
