This is a hands-on Working Foreman position . We are looking for someone who knows waterproofing construction, can effectively lead a crew, and is willing to work alongside the team when needed. The ideal candidate has strong waterproofing experience and understands how to manage daily production, maintain quality standards, enforce jobsite safety, troubleshoot field issues, and keep projects moving. Responsibilities Supervise and lead waterproofing construction crews Assign daily work and manage crew productivity Perform hands-on waterproofing work alongside the crew when needed Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are met Read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications Identify and troubleshoot waterproofing and construction issues in the field Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a safe and organized jobsite Ensure crews follow OSHA and company safety requirements Communicate project progress, delays, material needs, and field issues to management Help keep projects on schedule and production goals on track Required Experience 3-5+ years of construction experience Strong hands-on waterproofing experience Previous experience as a Foreman, Crew Lead, or Construction Field Supervisor Experience supervising construction crews and managing daily production Ability to read construction plans, drawings, and specifications Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements Strong quality control and field troubleshooting skills Ability and willingness to perform physical, hands-on construction work Preferred Waterproofing Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply: Commercial waterproofing Below-grade waterproofing Foundation waterproofing Waterproofing membranes Coatings and sealants Concrete repair and restoration Crack injection Expansion joints Drainage systems Building restoration

Pay & Opportunity Pay:
