We are seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our field crew on high-quality residential and commercial projects. In this role you will direct daily operations, manage job site safety, and ensure exceptional project execution from ground prep to final planting.

Lead, train and supervise a crew of landscape laborers.

Project Execution :

Oversee grading, sod installation, planting, drainage and irrigation setups.

Equipment Operations :

Safely operate and maintain skid steers, trenchers, and trucks with trailers.

Site Quality :

Read landscape blueprints and ensure high-standard installations.

Requirements Experience :

Proven experience in a landscape leadership role

Driver's License :

Clean, Valid driver's license with experience hauling trailers.

Horticulture Knowledge :

Strong understanding of South Florida plants, soil, and installation practices.

Communication :

Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers and crew members.

• Competitive Hourly Rate $22 + Benefits (Commensurate with Experience) Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced Landscape Driver holding a valid Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL).

In this role, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering landscape materials, equipment, and supplies (such as mulch, soil, stone, trees, and plant stock) to various commercial and residential job sites throughout the local area. When not driving, you will collaborate with our landscape yard staff and field crews to assist with loading, securing cargo, and supporting yard operations. Key Responsibilities

• Safe Operations:

• Safely operate, maneuver, and transport materials using commercial vehicles (e.g., dump trucks, flatbeds, roll-offs, or truck-and-trailer configurations).

• Timely Deliveries:

• Execute scheduled daily deliveries to local residential and commercial landscape job sites efficiently.

• Loading & Securing:

• Properly load, unload, secure, and tarp bulk materials, equipment, and fragile plant material to prevent shifting or damage during transit.

• Pre/Post-Trip Inspections:

• Conduct mandatory daily vehicle inspection reports (DVIR) to ensure trucks meet all DOT and safety standards; report maintenance issues promptly.

• Customer Service:

• Act as a professional representative of the company on job sites, communicating clearly with field foremen, clients, and dispatchers.

• Ground Support:

• Assist yard staff with material handling, loading customers, and organizing inventory during downtime or between delivery runs. Qualifications & Requirements

• License:

• Active, clean Florida Class A or Class B CDL.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of commercial driving experience, preferably hauling bulk materials, operating dump trucks, or pulling landscape trailers.

• Physical Fitness:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, work outdoors in changing weather conditions, and assist with hands-on material handling.

• Safety First:

• Clean driving record (MVR) with no major recent violations; must pass required DOT physical and drug screening.

• Skills:

• Strong navigational skills in the Delray/Boynton area; ability to operate heavy equipment (e.
