Commercial Roofer - Service & Repair Foreman Full-Time | Locally Owned Commercial Roofing Company We are a locally owned and operated commercial roofing company looking for an experienced and dependable Service & Repair Foreman. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader and team player with strong communication skills, a commitment to safety, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and train the service crew. Communicate effectively with team members and customers. Ensure all work meets safety, service, and quality standards. Perform repairs requiring bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting 50+ lbs. Climb ladders up to at least 25 feet. Be able to withstand demands of extreme weather conditions and high temperatures.

Requirements:

18 years of age or older and have a valid state driver's license and insurable driving record Ability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary Strong work ethic and attention to detail Able to pass a government background check per project requirements

Required Experience:

Knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including: TPO PVC Modified Bitumen Built-Up Roofing Roof Coatings Sheet metal Commercial Roofing Foreman experience: Minimum 2 years
