• Commercial Construction COR3 Mechanical, LLC | Central Florida COR3 Mechanical is a growing Central Florida commercial mechanical contractor seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Foreman to lead field operations on commercial HVAC construction projects.

We are looking for a hands-on leader who can effectively plan work, manage manpower and productivity, coordinate with customers and other trades, and communicate project progress to management. Key Responsibilities Plan work activities at least one week in advance, including manpower, materials, equipment, and upcoming installation requirements. Lead and supervise mechanical crews, ensuring safe, productive, and quality installations. Monitor daily and weekly progress, identify completed and outstanding work, and communicate accurate project updates to the office. Evaluate manpower requirements and proactively coordinate crew increases or reductions based on workload and project schedules. Manage labor productivity, accurately review crew hours, and maintain accountability for time worked. Communicate professionally with customers, General Contractors, superintendents, and other trades. Identify field changes, additional work, and potential change orders; promptly notify the office and obtain proper authorization before proceeding. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and construction schedules. Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and installation activities to prevent delays. Identify and resolve field coordination issues while maintaining project schedules and quality standards. Qualifications 7+ years of commercial mechanical/HVAC construction experience preferred. 3+ years of experience supervising commercial mechanical field crews. Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC installation, ductwork, and mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to plan manpower, materials, and weekly work activities. Strong leadership, customer communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage labor hours, productivity, and project schedules. Proficient in reading construction drawings and coordinating with other trades. Comfortable using mobile devices and electronic timekeeping/reporting systems.
