Job Overview Charles Campbell Construction is a Dalton, GA contractor that works on commercial and multi-unit projects across the Southeast. We're looking for a hands-on project manager to run our jobsites and keep them on schedule. Responsibilities Supervise and direct the crew on site, assigning daily tasks and making sure work is done safely and to quality standards Build the job schedule and make sure deadlines and milestone dates are met Send a daily or weekly progress report with photos Order materials and coordinate deliveries so work isn't held up Turn in all tickets, receipts and invoices weekly Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, owners and building management Walk the job regularly, keep a punch list and make sure the work is finished and signed off Document change orders and extra work Follow safety rules and keep the jobsite clean and organized Solve problems on site and keep the office updated Requirements Willingness to travel to jobsites in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida and the Carolinas, including overnight stays Valid driver's license and a clean driving record Ability to read plans and understand scope of work Strong organization, scheduling and communication skills Comfortable using a smartphone for photos, email and reports Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic Able to pass a background check [and drug screen] Join us as a Construction Foreman to lead impactful projects that shape communities!
