Job Description

We are seeking Industrial Electricians specialized in the installation, conduit bending, and wiring of automated manufacturing lines. You will be responsible for electrical installation from main power distribution panels down to field devices (motors, sensors, industrial robots), ensuring full compliance with quality and safety standards in the U.S. automotive industry. This position is 100% project-based.
Essential Requirements Experience:
2 to 5 years minimum as an industrial electrician, electrical installer, or wireman in heavy manufacturing or automotive assembly plants.
Language Proficiency:
Intermediate to advanced technical English (ability to read manuals, electrical schematics, and follow instructions from local supervisors).
Documentation:
Valid visa allowing travel and work on site in the United States.
Availability:
100% travel availability to plant facilities in the U.S. for the entire duration of the project.
Required Technical Skills Schematic Reading:
Proficiency in reading and interpreting industrial electrical diagrams (IEC and NEMA standards) generated in EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical.
Conduit & Cable Trays:
Advanced experience in measuring, cutting, and bending conduit (EMT, Rigid) and installing cable tray systems.
Wiring & Terminations:
Cable routing, wire dressing, and precision terminations in control panels, terminal blocks, and PLC I/O racks.
Equipment Hookup:
Installation and connection of 3-phase motors, servomotors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and field devices (sensors, pushbuttons, proportional valves).
Electrical Safety:
Practical knowledge and application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, Arc Flash personal protective equipment (PPE), and test instruments (multimeters, megohmmeters/meggers). Preferred Qualifications (Plus) Previous experience installing or retrofitting lines in Tesla, BMW, or Volvo manufacturing plants. Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and
NFPA 70E
standards. Hands-on troubleshooting skills for 24VDC control circuits and 480VAC power systems.
