Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team and contribute to various building projects. Duties Assist with carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood other materials for framing and structural components. Perform concrete pouring activities, ensuring proper placement and finishing of concrete surfaces. Install rebar reinforcement according to project specifications to provide structural support for concrete elements. Construct formwork for concrete structures, including setting up molds and frameworks to shape poured concrete. Support team members in various construction activities as needed, maintaining a clean and organized work site. Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment at all times. Skills Basic understanding of carpentry techniques and tools. Ability to handle concrete pouring and finishing processes. Knowledge of rebar installation procedures and safety practices. Experience or familiarity with formwork construction is preferred. Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
