Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Residential Remodeler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will lead and execute comprehensive remodeling projects, transforming residential spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about craftsmanship, renovation, and creating lasting home improvements. You'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional results on a variety of construction projects, from initial demolition to final finishes. Responsibilities Interpret and follow detailed construction plans, schematics, and blueprints to guide remodeling projects. Perform a wide range of building material installation tasks including framing, trim carpentry, cabinetry, flooring, tile laying, and drywall finishing. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively to complete remodeling tasks. Install windows, doors, glass panels, and perform exterior work such as stucco application and hardscape installation. Conduct plumbing and electrical work where necessary, ensuring all systems meet safety protocols and building codes. Manage construction site safety protocols diligently while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with project managers to review construction plans and ensure timely project progression; assist with construction estimating when needed. Inspect work quality regularly through construction inspection practices; make adjustments to meet project specifications. Interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for precise installation of building components. Assist with restoration projects involving masonry, concrete finishing, plastering, caulking, and concrete forming. Contribute to outdoor work activities including landscaping and hardscape features such as patios or walkways. Requirements Proven experience in residential remodeling or related construction fields with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawing comprehension. Skilled in carpentry—including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, door hanging—and experienced with flooring installation and tile laying. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical wiring basics, masonry techniques, stucco application, and concrete finishing is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment safely while adhering to strict safety protocols. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam or similar programs is a plus. Strong outdoor work experience with the ability to adapt to varying weather conditions during project execution. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately for precise installations. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation; willingness to travel for construction projects as needed. Join us in creating stunning home transformations!
