Must be on MAUI - In State Applicants ONLY. Lead the Crew. Run the Job. Build It Right. ProBuilt Hawaii is hiring an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead field crews on residential and commercial roofing projects across Maui. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing, knows how to run a crew, and takes pride in doing quality work the right way. You'll be responsible for keeping the job moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule while leading your crew from the front. What You'll Do Lead daily roofing operations on active job sites Direct and work alongside Roofing Journeymen, Installers, and Laborers Plan daily work and keep the crew productive and on schedule Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries Read plans, specs, and work orders Ensure quality workmanship that meets company and manufacturer standards Enforce job site safety and OSHA requirements Run daily safety meetings and maintain PPE/fall protection compliance Track production, labor, and daily job reporting Communicate with the Superintendent on progress, issues, and needs Solve field problems quickly and keep work moving Train and coach crew members on the job Keep job sites clean, safe, and professional What We're Looking For 5+ years roofing experience (residential and/or commercial) Prior experience leading or supervising a crew Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods Ability to read plans and construction documents Solid understanding of OSHA safety and fall protection Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized and keep a crew productive Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Physically able to perform roofing work (heights, lifting, weather conditions) What Success Looks Like Crew shows up, works safely, and stays productive Jobs stay on schedule with minimal rework Quality passes inspection the first time Job sites stay clean and organized Problems are handled in the field before they become delays Crew respects you because you lead from the front Ready to Lead?
